I’ve been reading a lot about how education and therapy focus on boosting self-esteem through small lifestyle changes. It made me think—something as simple as wearing clothes that actually fit, like finding proper men tall jackets, can make a real difference in how someone feels about themselves. Feeling comfortable in what you wear can quietly support therapy goals and personal growth. Has anyone else noticed little things like this making a bigger impact over time?
